Biguanelle® is a vaginal antiseptic in the form of an isotonic solution with a pH of 4.0, which is well tolerated by the vaginal mucosa. The formula helps maintain the natural balance of the vagina and is compatible with the vaginal flora. It contains polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) and lactic acid, ingredients recognized for their role in supporting a physiological vaginal environment.
